Ravenak, the Mouth That Lurks Beneath the World, is a Godbeast that is believed to be imprisoned somewhere beneath the plains of the Realm of Ghur.[1][2a] Very little information is known about this godbeast or what it looks like.[1]

Legends
Many legends and tales claim that the Endless Spell known as Ravenak's Gnashing Jaws is connected to the creature and anything devoured by such spells feed the bottomless appetite of Ravenak.[1]
According to an ancient tome in the libraries of Azyrheim, in the Age of Myth Sigmar trapped Ravenak by covering the pit where it lived with a mountain.[3a]
Other Names
Throughout the Mortal Realms there are peoples who know Ravenak by different names. To the Ironbull tribe it is the Fangmaw, to the Icebone Orruks it is the Great Gobbla, and the Blackhorn Brayherd know it as the Fiend of the Pit.[3a]
Religion
There are some Wurrgog Prophets who believe Ravenak is the World Spirit, or living embodiment, of the Realm of Ghur.[2a] Other greenskins believe it is not a godbeast at all, but an aspect of Gorkamorka.[3a][4a]
Some denizens of Ghur believe the Gorfather was the Godbeast Ravenak.[4a]
