Morrda is a god from ancient legends of the Realm of Shyish venerated by the Anvils of the Heldenhammer and the Raven Priests of Lethis.[1a][3a]
History
Most legends of claim that Morrda was merely one of many gods consumed by Nagash. However, the people of the Free City of Lethis and the Anvils of the Heldenhammer Stormhost claim the once prominient god evaded Nagash and remains whole, hiding until they can return.[1a][3a]
Religion
Many of the cults and catacomb lodges within the Anvils of the Heldenhammer revere him as an ancestor figure and seek to emulate his feats of defying Nagash.[1a]
The people of Lethis worship Morrda, using raven feather necklaces as his symbol.[2][3a] The Raven Priests claim that Morrda survived an encounter with Nagash. These same priests aid with the burial rites and warding rituals intricately tied with the Master of Bleak Raven.[3a]
The Free City of Lethis has made the creation of Talismans of Morrda a driving industry of their city.[3a]
The Raven Priests can employ powerful Prayers of Morrda to defend their city.[4]
