Demigod

Demigods are a broad categorization of entities of divine nature found throughout the Cosmos Arcane. The following is a list of entities that have been called, worshipped as, or labelled as demigods throughout the Mortal Realms. Additionally, some of these have been called gods or minor divinities.

List of Known Demigods

• Arkhan, the Mortarch of Sacrament: One of Nagash's Mortarchs.^[10a]
• Daemons
  • Rotigus Rainmaker: This Great Unclean One of Nurgle is worshipped as, or has usurped the titles of, the demigod Rainfather, Lifefont, or Bringer of Plenty.^[6a]
  • Syll'Esske: Considered a demigod of symbiosis among Slaaneshi circles. These followers include both mortals and daemons.^[4]
• Godbeasts
  • Ulfdengnarl: A demigod Godbeast.^[5a]
  • Drakatoa A demigod Godbeast.^[1]
• Lady of Vines: The demigod daughter of Alarielle.^[9a]
• Seasonal Demigods: Various clans of Sylvaneth worship and venerate all manner of divinities tied to the seasons of the Mortal Realms.^[9b]
• Six Smiths: The Six Smiths are demigods retainers of Grungni and Sigmar. They still toil within the Sigmarabulum, reforging the souls of Stormcast Eternals and their equipment.^[3]
  • Ong: Ong, meaning One in Khazalid, is one of the Six Smiths.^[7a]
• Stormcast Eternals: These warriors of Order are faster, stronger, and more resilient than the mortals they once were. They are veritable demigods powered by celestial magics, though this comes at great personal cost for each reforging reshapes the mind, soul, and body of the heroic Stormcast.^[2a]
• The fragments of the core of the celestial monster Leviathor contained within the Sigmarite Eyries are called a demi-god.^[11a]

Ascension to Higher Divinity

Some demigods achieve higher levels of power, after which they are no longer classed as demigods.

The only know example is:

• Morathi: Morathi was a demigoddess before she achieved apotheosis becoming Morathi-Khaine.^[8a]
