Tuskboss
A Tuskboss is an Ironjaw orruk who has managed two difficult feats: first, he managed to successfully capture a Maw-grunta to serve as a mount, and then he managed to survive long enough atop his bad-tempered steed to attract enough followers riding their own steeds to make a Gruntfist.[1c]

Mount
Tuskbosses universally ride a Maw-grunta, the larger, meaner cousin of the grunta used by the Ironjawz Gore-grunta cavalry. How they get their steed varies, but a popular method is the Krazogg Manoova pioneered by Krazogg Hornsplitta. While the strategy of trying to stare down a charging Maw-grunta regularly results in would-be Tuskbosses getting trampled into the dirt, it is still somewhat safer than other methods.[1a] Most Tuskbosses never dismount from their steeds, in one part due to the addictive thrill of being (nominally) in control of several tonnes of rampaging pig-flesh and in one part due to the knowledge that if they are ever knocked off, they will likely never get back on, either due to the Maw-grunta escaping or due to them being trampled to death or eaten by their erstwhile mount.[1c]
Equipment
The favoured weapon of Tuskbosses is the pig-hakka, a long, hooked polearm made of pig-iron useful for decapitating enemy infantry, dragging down enemy cavalry, or sinking into the hide of the Mawgrunta to keep from being bucked off. They equip their steeds with heavy armour to turn them already tough beasts into trampling tanks, despite the difficulties of attaching large plates of metal to an enraged giant boar. Usually, a pair of platforms are mounted to the Maw-grunta's flanks so some of the Tuskboss's ladz without their own mounts can act as a hakkin' krew - a dangerous job, but a thrilling one, and so one for which there is never a shortage of volunteers.[1c]
