Grawl Meatfist
Grawl Meatfist is the founder of the Meatfist Mawtribe and the first Gutbuster Overtyrant.[1a]
Legend
According to tale of how he got his name, when he grew so large that normal food could not satisfy his hunger, Grawl sought out the immense Ghurish Titanox - the primogenitor of the rhinoxen - and, after a hard-fought battle, killed and ate it, staining his hands red with the beast's blood in the process. This feat gave him strength and resilience beyond any other ogor and earned him the blessing of the Gulping God.[1a][1b][2a]
Legacy
Do many warglutts flocked to his banner that he became the first to take the title of Overtyrant. His followers began to call themselves the Meatfist Mawtribe and, using pots of boiling blood, dyed their hands red in imitation of their leader.[1a] The modern Meatfist claim that they descend directly from Grawl, and continue to stain their hands red in his honour. They also claim that they have inherited some measure of his legendary vitality.[1b][2a]
There exists an ancient golden gutplate that supposedly once belonged to Grawl, and those who wear it swear that they are feel a measure of the First Overtyrant's legendary hunger.[1c]
