Gutbash
A Gutbash is a grand feast held by an Ogor Mawtribe in the aftermath of a raid. Such feasts are dedicated to Gorkamorka and are centered around the tribe's Great Mawpots.[1a]
Preparations
After a successful raid the tribe will gather around the Great Mawpots and cookfires. There they will wait as the Butchers and Slaughtermasters of the tribe will carve up meats, including captured prey and prisoners, and toss them into the Great Mawpots alongside other ingredients. These may include such things as dried salamander glands or gargant blubber, the former to add a spicy kick to the stew and the latter acting as a thickening. Occasionally more esoteric ingredients such as ones incorporeal or daemonic in nature, considered delicacies by many Shyishan tribes, are added as well.[1a]
The Feast
Once the meat has become tender it is ready to serve to the gathered ogors, the Butcher themself will pour the first bowl which is given to the highest-ranked ogor. Then gnoblar attendants will begin handing out bowls to the gathered celebrants, starting with the most prestigious and working their way down. Bowls are refilled swiftly after being emptied.[1a]
