The Verminvaults are a massive mountain range located in the western Spiral Crux.[1a]
History
Age of Myth
In the Age of Myth it was home to the Forge-City of Grungni, one of the greatest cities built by the Smith-God.
Age of Chaos
The mountains and Forge-City were overrun by Skaven after a Gnawhole opened beneath them. Forever after the mountains became known as the Verminvaults.[1a]
The Grot tribes of Ayadah have laid siege to the warpstone mines carved beneath the Verminvaults numerous times since their construction.[2a]
Locations
Enormous warpstone mines and industrialized warrens have been dug out all throughout the Verminvaults.[2a]
- Forge-City of Grungni: The Lost Forge-City of Grungni is located somewhere within the Verminvaults.[2a]
