The Valorous Sons are three mighty magmaholds found within the Ulrung Lodgelands, those territories in the Underworld of Stygxx that once belonged to the Ulrung Lodge.[1a]

History

Age of Sigmar

The Valorous Sons fell along with the rest of the Ulrung Lodgelands when the Necroquake and invading Nighthaunt snuffed out their forge-fires. For many long years the halls of the once proud settlements remained lifeless, until Awlrach the Drowner came to them, under order from Nagash, to enact a plan to transform the Ulrung Lodgelands into a site of Necromantic power.[1a]

The outraged Fyreslayers of the Ulrung saw this as a great insult and mustered their forces, calling on other kingdoms of Fyreslayers and what allies would aid them, to retake the Valorous Sons and put an end to the dark ritual. Little knowing that Lady Olynder, the Mortarch of Grief, hoped to use this as an oppurtunity to lead the grim Fyreslayers into a deathtrap.[1a]

Among the leaders of this campaign were Auric Flamekeeper Vaegrimm and Runeson Agma. Who were nearly overwhelmed in Dumgazar the Blackhold by Nighthaunt forces, until the timely intervention of Vostargi kin.[1a]

Desciption of the Valorous Sons

All three of the Valorous Sons were constructed from obsidian.[1a]
