Troglodon
Troglodons, also known as the Pale Death, are fearsome and foul troglodytic beasts that dwell within the dark recesses of the Seraphon temple-ships or within the caves and swamps surrounding a temple-city. Although they are blind, they possess a keen sense of hearing and smell, and are capable of releasing a stream of highly toxic spittle. Although they are loners by nature, they have developed a strange symbiosis with the Skink Oracles. It is perhaps the fact that both possess a twin-pronged tail that the Troglodons allow these oracles instantly tame them. Mounted atop these creatures, the Skink Oracles will direct them through their own far-seeing eyes as they undertake missions too vital or nuanced to be entrusted to any but themselves.[1]
