The Squelchlobe Nations, once known as the Triske Isles, are three isthmuses that connect the Jade Kingdoms of Thyria and Verdia. They are divided into three nations known as Vyras, Bloth, and Undergut, each ruled by one of the Sons of Putrefaction.[1b]

History

Age of Myth

Long ago the Triske Isles were stamen-like extensions of the Jade Kingdom of Verdia, which allowed it to mate with its neighbor, Thyria. The union between the two landmasses would give rise to Neos, Decreptia, and Irridia, strange and thriving new Jade Kingdoms.[1b]

Age of Chaos

The Triske Isles are corrupted and changed as the forces of Chaos invade the Realm of Ghyran. They become a tri-lobed structure, now known as the Squelchlobe Nations, and are conquered by the Sons of Putrefecation who swiftly massacre the isthmuses Spirit of Durthu protectors. The three sorcerers turn to their own devices and internecine conflicts once the region is firmly under their thrall.[1b]

Government

The Squelchlobe Nations of Vyras, Bloth, and Undergut are each governed by one of the Sons of Putrefaction, sorcerers devoted to Nurgle.[1b]
