Tithemasters

The Tithemasters are a group of powerful Bataari renegades. They regularly demand tribute from various nations and tribes in the Great Parch in the form of a tithe in exchange for not attacking them. The Tithemasters live in a floating fortress known as the Glittering Pinnacle. In addition to an army of Bataari soldiers the Tithemasters augment their forces with powerful sorcery.[1a][1b]
