Stormhost
From Age of Sigmar - Lexicanum
Stormhost are autonomous armies of Stormcast Eternals. Each Stormhost has it's own heraldry, Lord-Commander, and history and only Sigmar knows their true number. The Stormhosts are themselves divided further into Chambers.[4a][10b]
The First Striking
The first stormhosts ever forged by Sigmar and the Six Smiths.[10]
- Hammers of Sigmar: The first stormhost to be assembled and the first to fight against the forces of chaos, the Goretide at the Gates of Azyr.[1][3][5a]
- Hallowed Knights: The fourth stormhost to be forged. They are silver armored warriors, whose purity of spirit and righteous passion grants them immunity to most evil magicks.[2][3][5b]
- Celestial Vindicators - The sixth stormhost to be forged. The Celestial Vindicators know neither mercy nor restraint. These Stormcast Eternals are relentless in their pursuit of bloody and exacting revenge against Chaos. Made from heroes from the most war-torn lands, these turquoise-hued warriors are fearless even against the power of a Bloodthirster.[1][5c]
- Lions of Sigmar: Mysterious and stalwart with a thunderous roar of a battle cry.[2][5d]
- Sigmarite Brotherhood[5d]
- Astral Templars - The Astral Templars suffer no monster or beastly abomination to live. They are known as the scourge of beasts and monsters.[2][5d]
- Anvils of the Heldenhammer - The warriors of the Anvils of the Heldenhammer are dark and brooding, as their Reforging came as the Broken World spun sinister under a magical gloom.

Celestine Writs
These are holy artefacts in the form of stone tablets, granted to the leaders of Stormhosts who fought hardest to claim a Realmgate. These Celestine Writs grant a Stormhost permission to build a Stormkeep around the conquered Realmgate and add the Realmgate, as well as the lands around it, to Sigmar's domains.[6a]
