To the Knights Excelsior there are only two types of people, those who are Good and those who are Evil. The Shining Lord echoes the mindset of the Stormhost they command.[1a]
The Shining Lord teaches those that he commands to think of themselves as being pieces of the Stormhost, to ensure they are inured to the atrocities they commit.[1a]
