Scuttlepots, of which there are believed to be eighty-eight in total, are said to have been crafted by Skrapskuttle as prototypes before creating the Endless Spell known as the Arachnacauldron.[1a]

Powers

These eight-legged cauldrons scuttle about the Mortal Realms in search of servants of the Spider God with whom they can share their costly power. One known power of such pots is that dipping your hand inside it will summon thousands of spiders to coat your own body. Those engulfed in such a way can wield the magic of the Lore of the Spiderfangs, will find themselves protected from harm by the spiders, and can direct the arachnids with their will. They can even dismiss the arachnids back into the cauldron at will. Though anyone whose will proves less than that of the arachnids will soon find the scuttling creatures attempting to devour them.[1a]
