Scryer's Ark

Scryer's Ark is the great barque-keep of the Celestial Warbringers found at the centre of Misthåvn, a Free City comprised of a multitude of lashed together seaborne vessels. The barque-keep is illuminated by the light of Shadrac's Gleam, a realmgate floating above the ship's main deck.^[1a]

Overview

Though it may appear that the Celestial Warbringers have leashed Shadrac's Gleam to their will, the truth is that they simply predict its movements through divination and ritual to ensure the glowing portal is ever above the main deck of Scryer's Ark. The fleets that make up the Free City of Misthåvn surround the Scryer's Ark and use it, and the light of the realmgate above it, as a beacon. When threatened these fleets will cut their moorings and scatter but return with ease after the threat has been dealt with thanks to the light of Shadrac's Gleam.^[1a]

Geography

Scryer's Ark, and by extension Misthåvn, has moored along the coast of Cape Tenebrax for over a century, as Shadrac's Gleam has not moved from the region in all that time.^[1a]
