Rune of Mark
From Age of Sigmar - Lexicanum
In accordance with the grudge-clause of the Kharadron Code, when a kharadron declares a grudge against someone, the name of a hated foe is inscribed upon a Rune of Mark.[1b][2a] This legal document, once signed and approved by a member of the Admirals Council, exempts a kharadron from other statutes of the Kharadron Code.[1a][2a] Should the target of a Rune of Mark be slain, the bearer will be richly rewarded.[1b]
- Amendment 3 of the Kharadron Code: If a duardin obtains a properly signed and approved grudgeclause, they are given the Rune of Mark and considered exempt from other statutes of the Code. Any plunder seized during an act of vengeance must be taken to the Admiralty’s Court so that galkhron can be performed.[3a]
