History
The Royal Victrians were once royalty of the Cyroccan Dynasty, with their Lord-Celestant Cyrocco, the last of their patriarchs. Like countless other empires and kingdoms in the Mortal Realms, they were attacked by the terrible legions of Chaos, and as one royal court rose to the defense of their kingdom. They were eventually defeated when the head of the Chaos horde, the monster known as the Blade-limbed Butcher, took to the battlefield in person. For their nobility and valor in resisting the armies of Chaos, Sigmar took away the entire royal court in a flash of lightning, Reforging every man and woman into Stormcast Eternals.[2]
Organisation
The inner court - comprised of his Chamber Command, Prosecutors and Retributors technically have command over the Judicators and Liberators but this is complicated by rivalries and familial bonds of the several dynastic groups. [1a]
