Maerac of Manticorea

Maerac of Manticorea was a Chaos Lord allied with Ephryx, the Ninth Disciple of Tzeentch and rode a Manticore to battle. He believed that the Eldritch Fortress' capabilities were purely defensive. While he tried to hold his warriors back when the Celestial Vindicators attacked the fortress in the Ruins of Elixia, he abandoned such notions when he saw it's gates weaken and launched himself into battle.[1a][1b]
