The Hermit Island, also known as Wych Isle by the people of the Jade Kingdoms, is a rocky shored island located somewhere south of Nothingwell Peninsula in Ghyran. The island is covered in deep forests, gnarled roots, and is littered with black stone ruins and broken remnants of a once great fleet buried in its underbrush. One of the more imposing point of interest within the murky island is a structure of four walls with a rusted iron gate that has sculpted ivy leaves. At this fortress-ruins' centre stands an old oak that has a suit of crystalline armour melding into its bark and atop of it rests a skull whose jaw hangs open in a frozen scream.[1]

History

The Hermit Island was once a battlement of Hedonites of Slaanesh stewarded by Lord Revish, where from he would launch raids into the mainlands with his black hulled warships. Its fortress had towered, obsidian walls that could block the spirit song of Sylvaneth and within its walls was maintained a pleasure garden by various captives and menials.[1]
