Hammergord's Skull

Hammergord's Skull is the skull of the Godbeast known as Hammergord. It is a potent weapon that can be used to reduce mountains to rubble and was once safely hidden in the Thunderstone Reach Stormvault in Gharrentia.^[1a]

History

Age of Myth

At some point in the Age of Myth the Godbeast Hammergord was slain and it's skull was placed within the grand vestibule of the Thunderstone Reach, a Stormvault hidden atop the great mesa of Gharrentia.^[1a]

Age of Sigmar

The Necroquake shattered many of the God-King's hidden Stormvaults and revealed the treasures within them. The Thunderstone Reach was one of these Stormvaults to be revealed and Sigmar sent forth warriors of the Astral Templars to secure it. But unfortunately for them Gordrakk and his forces shattered their defenses and claimed Hammergord's Skull, mounting it on a battering ram.

Appearance

The titanic skull has been grafted onto a massive battering ram of beaten iron.^[1a]
