Grey Deluge

The Grey Deluge is a pious Ravager Horde that generates Rotigus Rainfather as their savior and travels the Mortal Realms extolling his many virtues. They are all that remains of the river tribes of the Minuet Rivers, who were brought to ruin by the forces of Nurgle.[1a]
