Girdlesea

The Girdlesea is a sea in the Realm of Hysh between the Xintil to the west and Iliatha to the east.^[1a]

History

Age of Myth

During the Age of Myth the God of Destruction, Gorkamorka, challenged Behemat to replicate the great watering, an event where Gorkamorka caused the flooding of Omnitopia near Gleaming Bay. The Father of Gargants achieved this by tripping over a fjord and falling into the Girdlesea, causing a tsunami to flood nearby Araxia.^[2a]

Age of Sigmar

The Black Phoenicians summon a flamestorm in Xintil and send it across the Girdlesea to the Coast of Lucid Dreams in Iliatha.^[1b]

• Enedruimh: A city of the Ilmeth Enclave found at the bottom of the sea.^[2a]
