Gate of Corpses is a realmgate connecting the Realm of Shyish with the Realm of Azyr. [1]
History
Age of Sigmar
During the Age of Sigmar, Lord-Celestant Yurvash of the stormcast Anvils of the Heldenhammer was tasked with securing the Gate but the local ruler, Marrowthirst raised his mordant armies and fell upon the stormcast as they entered the Corpse Orchards, slaying them all.[1]
Location
Stands in the central courtyard of Voldyr Keep in the Fallow Kingdom of Voldyr.[1]
Appearance
The gate takes the form of a huge arch, made of the writhing human remains of thousands who fell in combat.[2a]
