Freeguild Crossbowman

Ten Freeguild Crossbowmen miniatures.

Freeguild Crossbowmen are soldiers of the Free Peoples, the Freeguild and the Cities of Sigmar. They support larger infantry units as part of the battle line.^[1a][2]

They are often fielded in large numbers in battle to provide devastating volleys of iron-tipped, piercing bolts which they rely to overwhelm enemies. They are led by a Marksman and supported by Standard Bearers and Pipers.^{[1a][1b][3][4]}

Wargear

They are normally armed with Freeguild Crossbows and daggers. The Crossbow is the favoured weapon of marksmen for both its strength and how easy it is to master. ^[1b][4]
