Everwinter Ice Shards are shards of magical ice chipped from the vast trails of frost left behind by the passing of Everwinters.[1a]
Properties
Everwinter Ice Shards are incredibly cold and improper handling of them is a recipe for disaster, and frostbite upon whatever bare skin it touches. Once collected these shards of magical ice can last for months before completely melting away, making them excellent sources of water and an easy method of refrigerating food.[1a]
Usage
Enterprising traders and merchants collect these shards to sell them, especially in the markets of Aqshy. They are prized as easy to access sources of water in parched lands, useful for refrigerating food and can even be used to augment weaponry.[1a]
