Evergnaw
The Evergnaw is a Skaven afterlife located in the Realm of Shyish. This famine-riddled continent-sized afterlife is populated by the souls of trillions of Skaven who are in the midst of invading neighboring afterlives.[1a]
History
Age of Sigmar
The Clan Craniak Arch-Warlock known as Vriskh Corpsewhisker becomes fascinated with the ramifications of Amethyst Magic in the wake of the Necroquake and sets out to the Realm of Shyish, there he finds the Evergnaw.[1a]
Through demented ingenuity, Vriskh develops the Necrospark Warp-drill which opens small portals into the Evergnaw and allows its rat-gheist inhabitants to pour into reality. During the first demonstration of the weapon's effect Vriskh successfully wipes out the Free City of Galdheart with rat-gheists, though unfortunately, the ravenous gheists devour the Arch-Warlock and his entire Warpcog Convocation as well. Other Clans Skryre quickly copy the technology to turn Evergnaw to their own twisted ends.[1a]
