Giant Wolf

Giant Wolves are beasts that plague the Mortal Realms and are hunted down mercilessly by Men, Duardin and Aelf. They are buried in great pits whose earth is cursed and turn them into Dire Wolves.^[4]

They are used by the Gitmob Grots as mounts, in the form of Grot Wolf Riders, and to pull their Grot Wolf Chariots.^{[1a][1b][2][3]}c

Notes

• Dire Wolves are the corpses of giant wolves that had been restored into undeath by necromantic magic or cursed earth.^[1c]
