Cities of the Dawn

The Cities of the Dawn are a collection of cities found somewhere within the Realm of Azyr. Balthas Arum of the Anvils of the Heldenhammer consider them to be among the greatest cities of the Mortal Realms, not understanding why mortals choose to migrate from them to the Free Cities.^[1a]
