Brain Barnacles are parasitic creatures that seek to latch upon the brains of sentient creatures and feed upon their thoughts.[1a]
Usage
The Idoneth Deepkin make use of these dreaded parasites, typically collecting them in vials. These vials are then given to Isharann, who will use them against enemy champions and leaders.[1a]
