The Bloodmoon Scourge is the Terrorgheist that serves as the mount for the Abhorrant Ghoul King known as the King in Rags.[1a]

History

The lords of Avandia slew the Terrorgheist and kept its remains as a trophy. When the kingdom was destroyed by a Chaos invasion, the remains were lost. The King in Rags uncovered the remains while leading a war against the Chaos invasion, and using his magic he raised the Bloodmoon Scourge to unnatural life. With it, he was able to drive the Chaos forces out of Avandia. Since then, it has served as his mount.[1a]
