Ambersand
Ambersand was once a city of Ghur that served as the religious center of the Devoted of Sigmar in that realm during the Age of Myth. However the settlement and it's great temple were crushed by the Great Green God during his Great Waaagh! across the Realm of Beasts.[1]

Age of Myth
Ambersand was once a proud epicenter of the Devoted of Sigmar. The grand temple found within the settlement served as the highest seat of the cult in the entire Realm of Beasts and it's High Priestess Ansara was renowned for her faith, so much so she was chosen to power the Penumbral Engine of the Stormvault of the Unchained Lands.[1]
Little more than a hundred years after Ansara's confinement, the city and temple were crushed under the foot of Gorkamorka, during one of his two Great Waaaghs! across the Realm of Beasts.[1]
