Yskian Veldt
The Yskian Veldt is in eastern Yska, across the Potence River from Thyria. It is the homeland of the Moonclan Grots of the Jaws of Mork.[1a][2a]
Geography
Like the rest of Yska, the Yskian Veldt is a fertile grassland. However, the presence of so many grots and squigs draws the attention of the Bad Moon surprisingly frequently, and when it appears the Veldt transforms into a dank, fungus-filled quagmire. This environment proves to be just as fertile for squigs as the regular environment does for plant life, and the Jaws of Mork are never short of mounts for their Squigalanche.[2a]
The sheer number of grots and squigs in the area has turned some parts of the Veldt permanently into a fungal morass. Attempts have been made to reverse this by the Stormcast Eternals and forces of the Living City, but all attempts thus far have been repulsed.[2a]
