I'm an historian who likes to study, read and write about how societies work in relation to their military forces. Since many sources than we have about old civilisations are of a military nature, I always found this approach very interesting. I'm currently working on Aztec war banners for my master's degree.

I'm invested in the AoS setting in my free time and my love for finding out what happens by looking at fragmentary evidence translates really well to this setting. My historical and anthropological (needed to study Mesoamerica) formations give me a strong background when it comes to citing sources, finding information located in pictures & written text and writing articles.

Finding AoS pictures is one of my favorite pass times and I would love to make said pass time benefit the community by posting my findings here (going through the extra efforts to find the source will only increase the fun :P).

Due to my historic centric tastes, I gravitate towards dwarfs/duardins in most settings... and AoS is no exception. I'm particularly a fan of Kharadron Overlords and Fyrseslayers (though more the former than the latter… I play KO). Seraphon models are keeping me away from the faction for now. I am also heavily considering starting an AoS lore channel in the recent future, so joining this lore community seems like a good way to perfect my lore knowledge. In due time, I may do videos concerning the lore I research for this website. I mainly want to use that channel to give more grounded and concrete perspective on the AoS setting, since I feel that a lot of persons are in dire need of such a take. Hopefully, said videos will bring more attention to this initiative.

Some of my AoS library (accessible to me in one form or another): - Battletomes: Fyreslayers (both editions), Kharadron Overlords (both editions), Beast of Chaos, Blades of Khorne (2019), Skaven Pestilens, Skaven, Cities of Sigmar, Disciple of Tzeentch (both editions), Legion of Nagash, Everchosen, Hedonites of Slaanesh, Idoneth Deepkin, Maggotkin of Nurgle, Nighthaunt, Orruk Warclans, Seraphon, Sylvaneth (both editions), Gloomspite Gitz, SCE (some… they have so many of them), Beastclaw Raiders, Ironjaw and Bonesplitters. - General: Core Book, Malign Sorcery, Warcry Core Book, Soulbound (I may get the gamemaster screen because it talks about some cities) and Liber Chaotica (technically not AoS, but it is a deep dive into Chaos for the Old World, so it could be useful). - Novels (haven’t read all of them yet): Spear of Shadow, Overlords of the Iron Dragon, Profit’s Ruin, Code of the Skies, Soul Wars, Legends of the Age of Sigmar: Obnibus 1, Gloomspite, Myths & Revenants, Dark Harvest and Champions of the Mortal Realms. o Thinking of buying: Shadespire: The Mirrored City, The Court of the Blind King, Scourge of Fate, The Realmgate Wars: Volume 1 and The Realmgate Wars: Volume 2.
