Underworlds are where the souls of the Mortal Realms usually go to after death. All underworlds are located in Shyish, the Realm of Death. Mortals create underworlds based on their belief of what the afterlife is. For example Duardin who believe that that the afterlife is an endless diamond mine will posthumously find themselves joining their ancestors in the joyous prospecting of the Glittering Seams.[1a][2a]
