Description
It lies between and underneah the realms, with a vast amount of territory known only by the Great Horned Rat. Typical structures include multitudes of tunnels and burrows, alongside breeding grounds, labratories, and industrial zones. Though there are vast multitudes of Skaven in the Under Empire, life spans are exceptionally short and weaker beings often find themselves cannibalised. [1] Blightcity is a key settlement within the Under Empire, being a heartland for Skaven kind.
