Spear of the Hunt

Spears of the Hunt are claimed to be modelled after the legendary spear of Kurnoth, God of the Hunt]]. They are crafted by the nomadic Wanderers.^[1a]

Design

Spears of the Hunt are most often used as hunting spears and typically have crossguards, to prevent the spear from breaking inside its target and to keep the target from pushing their way to the wielder. Such spears are made to be light, so the wielder can bring multiple strikes upon their quarry in quick succession.^[1a]
