Skulkmob

A Skulkmob is the smallest Moonclan warband. It usually consists of a collection of grots who are similarly armed and led by a boss who can (mostly) keep them pointed in the same direction.[1a]

Types

Grots not being the most organized folks means that no two skulkmobs are alike, but they can be broadly categorized as shoota mobs who prefer to pepper their enemies from afar and stabba mobs made up of grots who think they're sneaky enouggh or 'ard enough to shank gits up close and personal.[1b]

Warfare

A big boss looking to put together a skrap will typically gather up as many skulkmobs as he can to be the core of the raiding force and provide a relatively stable centre to the army. While grots aren't the bravest, a mob of them can be counted on to hold their ground better than a pack of unpredictable loons like Squig Hoppers or Fanatics can be.[1a]

When it comes to a proper battle (instead of just jumping rivals in the lurklair), the skulkmob boss often supplements his authority with some enthusiastic grots who wave banners or clang gongs to keep their mates' spirits up, along with some sneaky types who know how to throw nets to entangle the foe should things get too hairy.[1b]
