While multiple authors contributed to the Principia Necrotopia, it is mainly the work of Orpheon Katakros.^[2a][3a]

Dictates

The Principia Necrotopia includes instruction on topics such as the proper design of Ossiarch Necropolises,^[2a] methods for extracting maximum tribute from conquered populations,^[3a] and design and construction of roads along geomantic lines.^[1a][1b]
