Pharakis - previously known as Pharasion the Kind - is a Lord-Celestant of the Knights Excelsior. He embodies the fervent belief of his Stormhost that no exceptions can be made in the cleansing of the Mortal Realms, his eyes dancing with cold lightning, with his pale face is set in a permanent scowl. History

Before his Reforging, Pharakis was once a gentle high priest of Malleus Mount. His flock was torn apart by the machinations spread by the Mirrored Smile, a hidden Slaaneshi cult. Even his most trusted advisors turned against him - still grinning - with blades in hand. Although he slew several with a silvered lectern, he fell to a blade in the back. This taught him the lesson that nothing should be trusted, unless it is from the Realm of Azyr. [1a]
