Lords of Nurgle are the Rotbringer Lords that command the armies of Nurgle Rotbringers.

Lord of Afflictions

A Lord of Afflictions.

Lords of Afflictions are Rotbringer lords mounted atop Rot Flies that spearhead the attacks of Nurgle's armies. They can command Pusgoyle Blightlords to move faster.[1c] They are grotesquely swollen and almost entirely encased in thick armour. They are plague vectors supreme, their principal duty to Nurgle being to spread as much plague as physically possible. Contagion from those wounded by the Lord of Afflictions spreads out at a frightening speed, leaving a blossoming epidemic in the Lord's wake.[3][5]

Wargear

Besides their foul mouthparts and venomous sting, their mounts can strike with a sinister Dolorous Tocsin, which are enormous wrecking bells strung beneath their steeds.[1c][5]

The Lords of Afflictions themselves strike with three-pronged Festerspikes, diseased tridents, or use Incubatches to emanate waves of disease that turn foes into pools of rancid slurry.[1c][5]

Lord of Blights

A Lord of Blights.

Lords of Blights are brutish and swollen Rotbringer lords, who both create and destroy. The bellies of these swollen lords, dispense maggots at an alarming rate.[3][4]

Farming

In battle, the Lord remains vigilant for hardy enemies so their bodies can be added to his orchards after the battle. They plant corpse orchards from the meat-mulch from battles and various plagues. From these orchards arise twisted gallows trees that blight the land and bear aloft the bodies of the Lord's chosen victims. The head of each cadaver is carefully filled with pus drawn from a Great Unclean One and sealed with a mixture of blood and wax. When they are ready the withered bodies drop from the trees. Then the Lord of Blights collects his harvest and distributes them to his followers so that they will fling them at the enemy to explode in a blast of noxious effluvia.[3][4]

Wargear

The finest specimens of their Thrice-rippened Death's Heads harvest are kept by the Lord which he carries into battle hung from his Gallowrack, which they hurl at their foes as diseased projectiles. The Lord of Blights is swollen with muscle and carry an enormous, dented Bubotic Hammer which is used to shatter bone and rupture organs while his Vermin Shield, spiked and disease-ridden, can be used to both block incoming attacks as well as to smash enemies from their feet. Both of these are covered in Nurgle icons.[1b][3][4]

On their belts they carry a Plague Knife.[4]

Lord of Plagues

A Lord of Plagues.

Lords of Plagues are blessed mortal followers of Nurgle, poisoning anyone that get's close enough to him with Nurgle's Rot. Their repulsive body is infested with a myriad of diseases and bloated with rancid boils, open sore and cankerous bulges, and, like all Nurgle's servants, have the ability to regenerate.[1a][1d][2] They are typically the most directly belligerent of Nurgle's champions, charging into where the fighting is thickest and leaving the battlefield ready for colonisation by Nurgle's diseases in their wake, by reducing their foes into filth-ridden rotten corpse mulch.[1d][3]

They are good at leading nearby Putrid Blightkings into ever greater acts of carnage.[1d]

Wargear

They wield rusted axes, called Plague-ridden Great Blades, into battle and hide their faces behind the dreadful helm of Nurgle's executioners.[1a][1d][2]
