Kavzar
From Age of Sigmar - Lexicanum
Kavzar was a city that some skaven believe formed the core around which the skaven capital of Blight City was built. According to the legend, it was a city inhabited by humans and duardin that was destroyed after being cursed by the Great Horned Rat. The Tower of Kavzar, the meeting place for the ruling Council of Thirteen, is likely named for this legend.[1a]
