The Grand Cabal favour intrigue and espionage as the best way to advance the plans of the Great Conspirator. They deal in politics and subtle sorcery, seeking out those who covet power and those who jealously guard it in order to inflame their paranoia and avarice until their victims' madness becomes all-consuming.[1a][1b]
