The Foulspine was a Chaos Dreadhold in the Realm of Ghyran. It was cast down by the Harvestboon Glade of Sylvaneth early in the Age of Sigmar.[1a][2a]

Garrison
The fortress was garrisoned by Maggotkin under the command of Putrus the Rotlord.[1a][2a]
Destruction
The Willowqueen gathered all nine Root Clans of Harvestboon to besiege the fortress. In time, a band of Treelords broke down the Suppurant Gate and the dryads flooded into the Dreadhold. When the battle was complete, Putrus was impaled on his own battlements.[1a][2a]
Consequences
The Willowqueen proclaimed the destruction of the Foulspine to be a great victory and a sign of new hope. The soul-pod groves of Harvestboon bloomed in response, replacing the glade's losses and sprouting entire new clans.[2a]
