Dreadspear
Dreadspears are enthralled aelven spearmen of the Darkling Covens that often form the armoured spine of most Coven armies. They are hardened veterans and utterly merciless soldiers who fight in tight phalanxes to form unmoving walls of shield and gleaming spear tips. Their training allows them to wait for the right moment before thrusting their spears forward, fighting and slaying with unnerving focus and deadly coordination.[1a][2a][3]
These units are led by Lordlings and are supported by Standard Bearers and Hornblowers.[2a][2b][3]
Wargear
Dreadspears are armed with Darkling Spears and are protected by Darkshields and crested helmets. [2a][2b][3]
