Drakeseer
Drakeseer are a type of Aelven warrior mages that rides on the back of Dragons that fight in Eldritch Council armies. As warrior mages they are especially good at attacking while charging.[1][2]
Magic
As a wizard they can cast Flames of the Phoenix, Mystic Shield and Arcane Bolt.[1][2]
Mount
The Dragon mounts of the Drakeseers attack by using their claws, their fearsome maws and by releasing bouts of dragonfire.[1][2]
