Darkoath Warqueen

Darkoath Warqueens are Darkoath leaders of entire Slaves to Darkness hordes that have conquered barbarians tribes that have proved her supremacy and right to rule by victory on the arena of the bloody skies, defeating a thousand challengers and monstrous behemoths to prove her might or as visionaries that do the will of the Dark Gods.[1][2][4]

Promotion

While the Darkoath chieftains may adorn themselves with the skins and skulls of mythical beasts as well as humans they have killed in such battles, the title of queen or king is only granted when they have been matched against a powerful daemon and emerged triumphant. [1][2][4]

Abilities

Every Darkoath Warqueen is a gifted leader and a champion that has sworn dark oaths to bring carnage to the Mortal Realms in the names of their gods on the sacred oathstones of their tribes and staked their heart and soul on the outcome. In return, their patron Chaos gods have gifted them a measure of divine power, not only to bolster their strength but also to give them a prescience on the intentions of dark gods. In addition to being stronger and swifter than any normal human, they have a natural charisma that allows a Warqueen to unite many tribes into a single unstoppable force when the gods demand it. [2][4][5b]

Warqueens experience vivid dreams and mind-blasting prophecies they claim are sent by the Chaos gods themselves. These visions and whispers often show potential futures that the Warqueen must bring about to maintain divine favour. On the eve of battle, a Darkoath Warqueen will be visited by a mind-numbingly stark vision of the future their patron gods require of them. A future that can only be made a reality by their actions, for which they will wage great wars that will destroy entire nations. An almost palpable dark aura crowns her.[1][2][4][5b]

Wargear

A Warqueen is armed with a Warlord Axe or a Rune-etched Axe that glows with a killing animus. This is paired with an Infernal Runeshield which is inscribed with protective runes of the barbarian tribes she has conquered and is blessed to blaze with daemonic power.[1][2][4][5a][5b]
