Clan Klaw is one of the oldest Verminus clans, supposedly even being one of the First Clans.[1a]

Age of Myth
Legends among the Skaven claim that the primogenitors of each of the Great Clans, known simply as the First Clans, were released into the Cosmos Arcane by the Great Horned Rat. Supposedly the Skarrik and Klaw are the First Clans of Verminus.[1a]
