Chainwraiths

The Chainwraiths are Procession of Nighthaunts that despise the undead who serve Nagash just as much as they despise the living.^[1a]

History

During the Age of Chaos raiders from Mor'phann, an enclave of Idoneth Deepkin accidentally free the Chainwraiths from the Vale of Chains, where Nagash had imprisoned them to be tormented for eternity. Now that they are free the spiteful malignants attack the living and undead in equal measure.^[1a]
