Briomdar
The Briomdar Enclave, also known as the City of Seers [3a], is one the greater enclaves of the Idoneth Deepkin. Although they are soul-slavers like the rest of the Deepkin, they have made the most progress in unlocking the secrets of healing their souls [1b]
Reflecting their home, they are often clad in clothing and armour of a deep blue-green hue whilst striking red coloured helms reflect the red kelp. [1d]
