Baran-Ulut was a kingdom in the Realm of Shyish.^[1a][2]

History

Age of Chaos

During the Age of Chaos the kingdom was invaded by Skaven of Clans Moulder seeking to steal the Realmstone-inlaid altars of Baran-Ulut's shrines. The priest who would become Morbus Stormwarden was the kingdom's primary defence. After a valiant stand he was torn apart by a Hell Pit Abomination but his soul was claimed by Great Sigmar to be Reforged.^[2]

The defense of the rocky shrines of Baran-Ulut was led by an individual bearing the title of Ar-Morr, a high priest figure who carried out many duties for the people of the kingdom.^[1a][2]
